Henley is a veteran technical architect and security expert with over two decades of experience. He built his expertise from the ground up, starting in core network infrastructure and Linux/Unix systems, followed by hands-on experience as a software developer.
As technology evolved, he transitioned into AWS Cloud architecture, leading projects that utilised Infrastructure as Code (Cloud Formation) and CI/CD automated code deployment.
This deep technical journey, a rare combination of building the infrastructure, writing and deploying the applications, and ultimately securing both, gives him an unparalleled perspective for penetration testing and auditing systems and applications
Because his background is rooted in engineering and development, he is able to communicate findings from a builder’s perspective—ensuring your team fully understands the “how” and “why” behind every vulnerability, providing the expert advice and clarity needed to navigate complex remediations successfully.

Bee Hong is a seasoned Technical Project Manager and Consultant with over 20 years of experience in the IT and Telecommunications sectors.
She provides quality assurance for VAPT and audit deliverables, conducting peer reviews of technical reports to ensure accuracy, consistency, and clarity. Leveraging the Common Vulnerability Scoring System (CVSS), she validates that findings are appropriately rated and prioritised based on real business impact. For vulnerabilities where immediate remediation is not feasible, she also advises on waiver justifications—helping clients document and manage residual risks in a manner that meets both internal governance and compliance audit requirements.
She also develops custom Test Plans and Solution Briefs for Cybersecurity and AWS projects, and authors Perennial’s technical white papers and blogs.
Additionally, she specializes in Identity and Access Management (IAM), managing the evaluation and end-to-end implementation of JumpCloud solutions to secure modern, distributed workforces.
